How Showings Work

Touring homes takes real time on our end. Here's the deal — clear and upfront.

Your first 7 home tours are complimentary.

After that, a $100 travelers fee applies for each additional set of 7 showings. When you lease through NuLuxe, that fee is credited toward your end-of-lease costs. If you don't move forward, the fee is non-refundable. We move fast and curate tightly, so most clients never reach the cap.

Intake & criteria
We lock in your area, price, and must-haves — and confirm what you'll need: ID, 2–3 months of income, and rental history.

Curated showings
We pull from the full market and narrow it to your Top 5. First 7 tours complimentary; travelers fee applies after.

Application
You apply directly or we submit for you. Landlords verify employment, credit, and rental history — so we go in honest and complete.

Approval & signing
On approval, you sign and submit your deposit and first month. We walk every clause and your tenant rights first.

Move-in
Photograph the condition, set up utilities and renters insurance, and enjoy the new place.
